Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience with pipe fitting processes.
• Ability to read prints and construction drawings.
• Must understand how to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Must provide own general hand tools.
• Positive, team‑oriented work ethic and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine scope of work.
• Select pipe type and size and related materials per specs.
• Cuts, threads, bends and assembles pipes.
• Prepare, cut, fabricate, layout, fit, and assemble piping components.
• Bolt, clamp and tack-weld parts for welding.
• Install hangers, supports, valves and components per plans.
• Perform leak tests and ensure quality of piping systems.
• Identify and use required tools; work safely at height 20–30 feet.
