You will maintain a clean, organized workspace, operate overhead cranes and forklift equipment, and collaborate with teams in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a high school diploma, experience with industrial painting, and the ability to work independently or with others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Must pass a pulmonary fit test.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with industrial painting techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean surfaces by removing grease, dirt, and other contaminants.
• Mix coating liquids to match colors and specs.
• Operate spray equipment and adjust spray width and pressure.
• Apply primers and finishing coats for even coverage and quality finish.
• Remove rust using grinders or brushes as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace at all times.
• Operate overhead cranes and monorail paint hoists to position items for painting.
