Job summary

Perfection Servo, a SunSource company, is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to expand our industrial electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and mechanical components repair services in and around Columbus, OH. You will develop territory plans, drive new business, and manage relationships with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams.

You will utilize CRM and MS Office tools, present quotations, and close deals while traveling to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, industrial distribution, MRO, automation, or industrial repair services preferred.
• Experience with repair solutions involving industrial electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, automation equipment, or mechanical systems is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on new business development and account growth.
• Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and customer visits.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, presentations, quotations, follow-up, and closing.
• Build relationships with maintenance, engineering, operations, and purchasing decision-makers.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to effectively manage territory and opportunities.
• Partner with customer service and technical support teams to deliver solutions and exceed customer expectations.
• Conduct regular customer visits to identify opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Achieve sales activity and revenue goals.
