Essential Functions

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on new business development and account growth.
• Prospect throughcold calling, networking, referrals, and customer visits.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, presentations, quotations, follow-up, and closing.Build relationships withmaintenance, engineering, operations, and purchasing decision-makers.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to effectively manage territory and opportunities.
• Partner with customer service and technical support teams to deliver solutions and exceed customer expectations.
• Conduct regular customer visits to identify opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Achievesales activity and revenue goals.

Experience, Education and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or a two-year technical degree, preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, industrial distribution, MRO, automation, fluid power, or industrial repair services preferred.
• Experience with repair solutions involving industrial electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, automation equipment, or mechanical systems is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to drive regularly, work in industrial environments, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
