Job summary

Perfection Servo is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager in Columbus, OH to grow our business and deliver repair solutions that minimize downtime and boost equipment reliability. You will partner with manufacturers and industrial customers to drive value through service and parts solutions.

You will build relationships with maintenance, engineering, operations, and purchasing teams, manage the full sales cycle, and meet revenue targets using CRM-driven territory development and regular

• 1+ year of industrial sales experience preferred.
• Experience with repair solutions involving electronics, hydraulics, robotics or servos preferred.

We are seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to grow our business in Columbus, OH and surrounding areas.

In this role, you will partner with manufacturing and industrial customers to provide repair solutions that reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability. You will work with maintenance, engineering, operations, and purchasing professionals to support repairs of industrial electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and mechanical components.

Essential Functions

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on new business development and account growth
• Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and customer visits
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, presentations, quotations, follow-up, and closing. Build relationships with maintenance, engineering, operations, and purchasing decision-makers

Experience, Education And Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or a two-year technical degree, preferred
• 1+ year of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, industrial distribution, MRO, automation, fluid power, or industrial repair services preferred
• Experience with repair solutions involving industrial electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, automation equipment, or mechanical systems is preferred
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license required
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
• Ability to drive regularly, work in industrial environments, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
