Job summary

SW Controls, a division of FCX Performance, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Midland, MI. You will engage with customers to determine their flow control, valve and instrumentation needs and provide solutions to meet those needs, directly impacting satisfaction, retention, and sales results.

Key responsibilities include developing new business, maintaining existing accounts, conducting trainings, and reporting on sales activities and expenses.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales within industrial market preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit goals by developing and retaining existing customers and by opening new business.
• Conduct sales and service activities, develop strong customer relationships, identify product applications, and introduce new products and services.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for customers.
• Complete reports regarding itineraries, expenses, sales calls, leads, and other related matters.
