Omega Morgan is seeking an Outside Salesperson in the United States to prospect and sell our engineered moving solution services to business and industrial clients, building lasting relationships and driving revenue.

The role requires deep knowledge of heavy rigging and transportation, strong CRM usage, and the ability to manage a pipeline end-to-end, from lead generation to contract execution, with a focus on teamwork and professional communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial sales
• 3+ years in heavy rigging/transport sector
• CRM software experience
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales of Omega Morgan services.
• Prospect, qualify leads, cold call, and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate bids/estimates and price projects accurately.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with operations to transition from sales to execution.
• Attend sales meetings and participate in team activities.
