Job summary

Air Products is seeking an experienced outage planning leader to coordinate scope, schedule, and execution across assigned projects. You will manage contractors, ensure safety, and align work with Air Products standards while preserving operational reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance, reliability, outage planning or project execution in industrial settings.
• Experience with industrial turnarounds/outages, piping systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of P&IDs, Isometrics, piping specs, and fixed equipment packages.
• Familiarity with ASME B31.1 and B31.3 piping codes.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, SAP, and MS Office.
• Strong planning, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead outage scopes through planning, scheduling, construction, and closeout.
• Develop detailed work scopes and required disciplines.
• Create Primavera P6 schedules with manpower, durations, dependencies.
• Provide daily schedule updates and progress tracking.
• Prepare job packages (P&IDs, BOMs, drawings, photos, lists, SOPs).
• Manage contractors through all outage phases; ensure safety and schedules.
• Oversee field activities, change management, and timesheet verification.
• Ensure quality control and knowledge transfer to operations.
• Closeout documentation and turnover; maintain records.
