Job summary

Air Products is seeking an experienced Turnaround Machinery Planner to lead the planning, scheduling and execution of machinery turnaround scopes across assigned projects.

You will develop work scopes, create detailed Primavera P6 activities, coordinate resources and contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with Air Products standards.

Travel may be required up to 25% to 45%, depending on project and turnaround assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a machinery/turnaround planner in industrial maintenance.
• Experience planning and executing work on rotating equipment (compressors, pumps, turbines, gearboxes).
• Proficient in creating work packages and detailed planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned machinery turnaround scope from planning through closeout.
• Develop work scope and planning deliverables for turnaround work orders.
• Create detailed Primavera P6 activities including work steps, durations, and resource loading.
• Support contractor bids and ensure planning packages are suitable for field execution.
• Complete turnaround closeout documentation and lessons learned.
• Promote and maintain high housekeeping standards throughout planning and execution activities.
