Air Products in Texas is seeking an experienced outage planning and execution lead to coordinate complex industrial turnarounds. You will manage outage scope from planning through completion, supervise contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance across projects.

Responsibilities include developing detailed work scopes, creating Primavera P6 schedules, and assembling comprehensive job packages (P&IDs, BOMs, drawings, QC, and safety procedures).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance, reliability, outage planning, or engineering within an industrial environment.
• Experience with industrial turnarounds/outages, piping systems, pumps, heat exchangers, hydrotesting, and pipe fabrication.
• Knowledge of P&IDs, isometrics, piping specs, and fixed equipment design packages.
• ASME B31.1 and B31.3 piping codes familiarity.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, SAP, and MS Office; strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead outage scopes through planning, scheduling, construction, and closeout.
• Develop detailed work scopes and identify required disciplines.
• Create and maintain Primavera P6 schedules with manpower, durations, dependencies, and resources.
• Provide daily schedule updates and progress tracking during outage execution.
• Develop comprehensive job packages for internal teams and contractors (P&IDs, BOMs, equipment drawings, photos, tools, materials, SWPs, QC, specs).
• Support bid events and contractor work package development.
• Manage contractors and ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Oversee field activities, change management, timesheet verification, and contractor performance.
• Maintain communication between operations, maintenance, engineering and contractor teams.
