Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking an experienced Turnaround Machinery Planner to lead outage planning and execution across assigned projects. You will develop safe, complete work packages for rotating equipment, coordinate resources, and ensure work meets Air Products’ safety and quality standards.

Travel may be required up to 25–45% depending on project. You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, inspection, and contractors to deliver turnarounds safely and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Machinery/Turnaround Planner in industrial maintenance or turnarounds.
• Experience planning and executing work involving rotating equipment: compressors, pumps, turbines, gearboxes, fans and blowers.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and field execution skills; ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead machinery turnaround scope from planning through closeout.
• Develop work scope and planning deliverables for turnaround work orders.
• Identify support disciplines and resource requirements for execution.
• Create detailed Primavera P6 activities: work steps, durations, craft requirements, resource loading.
• Support contractor bid events and ensure planning packages are suitable for field execution.
• Complete turnaround closeout documentation and lessons learned.
