Job summary

DigitaLogic Inc. is seeking an Industrial Systems Integration Specialist to lead configuration, integration, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of the Enterprise to Field Systems platform and connected devices.

The role spans Windows servers, networking, PLCs, and industrial protocols, with hands-on field visits to resolve connectivity issues. The ideal candidate has experience across OT networks, industrial automation, and documentation practices, and can manage multiple client

Qualifications

Assoc/Bachelor or tech cert, or equivalent hands-on experience in electrical engineering tech or IT fields.
Experience with servers and networking and PLC/configuration of field equipment.
MS Excel intermediate level.

Responsibilities

Learn the EFS platform to troubleshoot and configure the platform and field devices.
Document configurations, device settings, network information, procedures, and troubleshooting activities.
Visit client sites to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and device issues.
Project Lead/Support: lead or support client projects, submittal packages, diagrams, and meetings.
Contribute to continuous improvement of technical processes, documentation, tools, and customer solutions.
