Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a seasoned Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to ensure our manufacturing machinery and facility infrastructure remain reliable and functional. You will play a vital role in keeping production running smoothly by identifying equipment faults, executing preventive maintenance tasks, and performing necessary repairs to uphold high safety and operational standards.

Core Duties

• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks on industrial machinery.


• Resolve issues within electrical and mechanical systems to ensure peak performance.


• Identify and fix faults in pneumatic and hydraulic components.


• Maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, and other essential production hardware.


• Utilize technical documentation, mechanical blueprints, and electrical schematics for repairs.


• Handle general facility upkeep, including piping and plumbing tasks.


• Analyze equipment failures to implement the most effective corrective solutions.


• Ensure all maintenance tasks are performed with precision, safety, and efficiency to protect the team.


• Improve overall production output by minimizing downtime and maximizing machine reliability.

Required Skills and Background

• Prior experience working in manufacturing or industrial maintenance environments.


• Advanced capabilities in troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical systems.


• Practical understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic system operations.


• Capacity to independently diagnose and resolve complex equipment malfunctions.


• Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and a natural mechanical aptitude.
