Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to lead mobile-store sales across a defined geographic region. You will visit customers in person, present hardware solutions, and manage the store’s operation within your territory.

The role requires owning a mobile store, cold-calling, and maintaining a clean driving record, with relocation not offered. You will represent a family-owned industrial hardware business serving diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Tenure: max 3 companies in the last 10 years ideal.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and business apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; make face-to-face calls on prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Maintain customer contact information in company software.
