Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering mobile hardware stores directly to customers across a defined geographic territory. The role focuses on cold-calling and prospecting to build a robust customer base in various sectors including transportation, aviation, facilities maintenance, and manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will reside within the territory, be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, preferred.
• Strong tenured background with minimal job hopping (max 3 employers in 10 years).
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: Develop new sales prospects via research, referrals, and cold/warm calls near existing customers.
• Present solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: Keep your mobile store clean, functional, and up-to-date; submit daily sales/order reports.
• Data integrity: Maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
