Job summary

You will troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and assist in training new teammates, contributing to reliable operations and product quality in a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with coworkers and supervisors.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments.
• Willingness to work hot, cold, noisy, wet or dusty conditions.
• Able to climb and work at heights using stairs, ladders or platforms.
• Must follow safety, grooming and PPE requirements.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Work safely while troubleshooting and repairing processing and packaging equipment.
• Identify and resolve mechanical defects to prevent downtime.
• Provide technical support for equipment troubleshooting and modifications.
• Participate in root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of failures.
• Perform uptime/downtime preventive maintenance.
• Assist in training new employees.
