Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 3-5 years of related industrial electrical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical prints and schematics.
• Ability to work safely around 480-volt systems.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support production packaging and processing operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, controls, motors, and drives.
• Design and lay out circuits; install fixtures, conduit, wiring and cabinets.
• Maintain electrical documentation and schematics.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams to improve reliability.
