You will work with tools such as saws, drills, welders, lathe, and piping, while applying basic PLC and electrical troubleshooting. This role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, the ability to work rotating shifts, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced food-manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and replace processing and packaging machinery and equipment.
• Operate tools including saws, drills, welders, lathes, bending/cutting machines, and piping systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical drive, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems: wiring, circuits, fuses, switches, motors, and circuit boards.
• Perform uptime and downtime preventative maintenance.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and train new employees.
