Austin Industrial in Loudon, TN is seeking a Millwright to diagnose and repair industrial mechanical equipment across a manufacturing environment. You will perform installation, maintenance, alignment, and testing of pumps, governors, brakes, and related components.

This full-time, on-site position requires 3-5 years journeyman experience, ability to work 4/10s (40 hours), and strict safety adherence. Eligible candidates must pass pre-employment screenings; company offers comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

3-5 years of Journeyman level experience.
Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screening and background check.
Full-time job opportunity working 40 hours a week (4/10's).

Responsabilités

Troubleshoots, repairs, and industrial mechanical equipment.
Replace defective parts of machine or adjust clearances and alignment of moving parts.
Tests, repairs, or installs mechanical units such as water pumps, fuel pumps, governors, distributors, carburetors systems, brakes, clutches.
Replaces bearings, chains, sprockets, and other machine parts.
Rebuild pumps, cylinders, and various mechanical equipment.
Align machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, plumb bobs.
Fabricates repair parts if necessary.
Work with PPE and safety procedures.
