Qualifications

- Experience in industrial mechanical or millwright roles preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documents.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on-call as needed.
Responsibilities
- Install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, mixers, and rotating equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical failures using inspection tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Read blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and work orders.
- Perform precision alignments including laser and dial indicator alignment.
