Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking a hands-on technician for installation, removal, and modification of heavy industrial machinery. You will assist in moving, aligning, and installing equipment while adhering to MIC Health and Safety programs.

Role requires toolbox participation, basic math, and the ability to work up to 50 hours weekly on project sites with travel to various sites. Safety-focused and detail-oriented candidates will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience or training.
• Must read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic for weights and measures.
• On-site safety compliance and toolbox participation required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret measuring tools to perform tasks accurately.
• Assist in moving machinery and equipment using hoists and dollies.
• Assist in assembling and installing equipment using hand and power tools.
• Follow safety procedures and work under supervision.
• Travel and work up to 90% on project sites.
