Job summary
Keen Project Solutions, LLC is seeking a Millwright to install, maintain, repair, retrofit, and remove machinery on construction sites, industrial facilities, and a fabrication shop. The role includes precise alignment, rigging, fabrication, welding, and preventive maintenance to keep systems running safely and efficiently.
The candidate should have extensive industrial maintenance background, welding/rigging certifications preferred, and be prepared for 100% travel.
Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- 3 years education in industrial maintenance technologies/trade specific training.
- Welding and rigging certifications, preferred.
- OSHA 10 HR, preferred.
- 100% travel required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, install, repair, improve, and troubleshoot machinery and systems per blueprints and manufacturer guidelines.
- Plan preventative maintenance programs to foster continuous safety and educational trainings.
- Represent Keen professionally and bridge communication with all departments and customers.
- Perform material handling, alignment, rigging, welding, fabrication, and dust control across Food, Agriculture, Manufacturing, and Industrial sectors.
- Ensure safety policies, environment risks, and daily inspections are conducted and hazards identified.
