Job summary

UniFirst is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial processing equipment across our facilities in Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. You will read blueprints, follow safety procedures, and perform welding (MIG/TIG/ARC) using hand and power tools.

Travel to multiple locations is required; a clean driving record is essential. We value a high school diploma or GED and basic maintenance experience, with ability to work with English maintenance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ work experience repairing industrial processing equipment.
• Must read blueprints and schematics; English maintenance literature.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between Company locations.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot industrial equipment and systems following blueprints and specs.
• Perform maintenance while adhering to safety policies; execute lockout/tagout and confined space procedures.
• Travel to multiple company locations to perform maintenance and provide reports.
• Operate welding activities (MIG, TIG, ARC) and use hand and power tools.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and cooperate with partners.
