Job summary

John Deere Waterloo Foundry is hiring a Mechanical Machine Maintenance professional to perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while prioritizing safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities include following prints and instructions, rebuilding equipment, supporting preventive maintenance, and assisting team members. Shift options are available based on seniority.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED, or NCRC, or 3+ years manufacturing experience.
Journeyperson card or mechanical-related degree or 2+ years maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Support preventative maintenance to maximize uptime.
Assemble and align components, install motors, belts, pulleys.
Work safely with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
