Job summary

Industrious Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on assembling, rebuilding and repairing machines per customer specifications, using hand and power tools, and reading assembly prints.

You will verify parts, align components, and test the finished product to ensure proper operation. This position is on-site in our Cleveland, OH facility, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Solid mechanical aptitude and able to use small hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly prints and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per customer requirements using hand and power tools.
• Verify parts against stock list and blueprints with calipers and micrometers.
• Align components for assembly manually or with a crane.
• Test finished assemblies and ensure conformance to specifications.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
