Job summary

Superior Ind is hiring Industrial Assemblers to support our production line, ensuring high-quality output. You'll assemble and install parts before and after painting, operating equipment, and contributing to a safe manufacturing environment.

This role offers a day shift with a starting pay of $19–$24 per hour, benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with company match, boot reimbursement, and spot bonuses. Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint/tape measure reading are valued.

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability is helpful.
• Tool Identification is required.
• Able to read blueprints with attention to detail.
• Able to read 1/8”, 1/16”, and 1/32” graduations on a tape measure and convert between feet and inches.

An Industrial Assembler is responsible for the following job duties:

• Assembly & Installation: Install purchased parts and sub-assemblies both before and after the painting process.
• Equipment Operation: Operate various tools and equipment, including bearing presses, impact wrenches, and nail guns.
• Safety & Crane Operation: Adhere strictly to safe operating and lifting procedures when using overhead cranes.
• General Support: Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor to support production needs.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $19 - $24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday
