Job summary

Syntron Material Handling Group is seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble and disassemble mechanical components for recycling machinery in a heavy industrial environment. You will read blueprints, use hand and power tools, and ensure proper fit between parts.

The role requires operating a forklift and overhead crane, basic math, and meticulous documentation of procedures. Full-time position in Crown Point, IN with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, drawings, measurements and parts lists to determine proper machine assembly.
• Safely use hand and power tools to aid in mechanical assembly.
• Operate forklift and overhead crane.
• Perform basic math skills.

Responsibilities
