Job summary

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions.
• Assemble basic sections of machines to customer specifications; attach unit to assembly, subassembly or frame using various hand and power tools.
• Perform basic mechanical assembly operations to exacting tolerances; position and align parts using fixtures, jigs and templates.
