Job summary

Accelera seeks experienced Industrial Mechanics to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery in a stable manufacturing setting. You will service motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in industrial maintenance, welding experience, and proficiency with blueprints and CMMS. Weekend shifts may be required based on production needs and safety considerations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience repairing motors, pumps, conveyors, and production machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Welding experience.
• Experience using precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Basic CMMS usage and weekend shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work one of the listed weekend schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, Electromechanical Technology, or a related field.
• Experience installing or commissioning production equipment.
• Experience with downtime analysis and equipment reliability improvements.
