Job summary

Accelera is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Specialist to optimize production line uptime through expert troubleshooting and proactive equipment care. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems, perform preventative maintenance, and collaborate with engineering on continuous improvement efforts to minimize downtime and enhance manufacturing performance.

Proficient in reading electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
Strong background in low-voltage electrical systems and industrial pneumatic troubleshooting.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Execute complex repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems to ensure high equipment availability.
Perform diagnostic evaluations and root cause analysis on robotic manufacturing cells to improve cycle times and reliability.
Document maintenance activities and equipment status updates accurately within our digital work order management system.
Collaborate with engineering teams to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives and facility upgrades.
Debug and calibrate new machinery to support the seamless integration of future production requirements.
Utilize precision fabrication tools, including welders and lathes, to create custom parts and perform necessary equipment modifications.
