Job summary

QRC Group, LLC is seeking an Industrial Technician to support installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing and packaging equipment. The role requires availability to work in North Carolina and involves troubleshooting using diagrams, prints, and manuals while keeping cGMP compliance.

The ideal candidate has an Industrial Mechanic Certification or related field, 3+ years' experience with manufacturing or lab equipment, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Industrial equipment maintenance experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Available to work any shift (24/5).

Responsibilities

• Identify, locate and diagnose failures; replace defective components and perform basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment and drawings.
• Maintain accurate records and keep equipment/systems cGMP compliant.
• Use a variety of hand, power and test tools; perform routine maintenance on process, packaging, utility equipment, HVAC, and purified water systems.
• Coordinate and execute maintenance on critical systems with supervisor.
• Perform multi-shift work as required.
• Maintain a safe work environment and wear PPE as required.
• Respond to monitoring system alerts and alarms for Equipment Monitoring & Building Management Systems.
• Ensure maintenance work orders are completed on time while adhering to standards.
