Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial three-phase electrical systems.
• Ability to safely use a multimeter and other electrical diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Working knowledge of industrial motors, motor controls, electrical panels, relays, sensors, and VFDs.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong safety mindset with lockout/tagout and PPE awareness.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain three-phase electrical systems and equipment.
• Install, repair, and replace motors, contactors, relays, sensors, and related components.
• Troubleshoot motor controls, VFDs, control panels, and production equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliability.
• Perform mechanical repairs on bearings, belts, conveyors, pumps, and hydraulics.
• Assist with equipment installations and improvement projects.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
