Job summary

QRC Group, LLC is seeking a Process Engineer to support automated manufacturing operations in North Carolina, focusing on maintaining equipment reliability, troubleshooting process issues and driving continuous improvement in a regulated setting.

You will support automated filling, labeling, and formulation systems, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient operations and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience supporting automated manufacturing, packaging, filling, or production equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduled preventive maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support during line operation and adjustments.
• Assist with line changeovers and equipment setup.
• Support spare parts management and inventory control.
• Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze equipment performance for reliability and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure activities comply with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Document maintenance, troubleshooting and improvement activities.
