Job summary

IronRoad is conducting a confidential search for a Quality Manager in Cincinnati to lead quality excellence across an industrial manufacturing environment. You will partner with customers, suppliers, engineering, and operations to drive quality strategy and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include maintaining the QMS, leading root cause and corrective actions, reducing cost of poor quality, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
• 7+ years of quality management experience in industrial manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Process industries experience preferred
• Proficiency with 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA tools
• Experience managing customer and supplier quality issues
• Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of industry and regulatory standards (ASME, ISO) and leadership communications
