Job summary

IronRoad seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality excellence across our Cincinnati-based operations. You will drive the QMS, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement while partnering with customers, suppliers, engineering, and operations.

The role focuses on reducing cost of quality, improving supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with ASME/ISO standards within industrial manufacturing environments. A strong leader with cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of quality management experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with process industries preferred.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA.
• Experience managing customer and supplier quality issues.
• Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of applicable industry and regulatory standards (e.g., ASME, ISO).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to working cross-functionally.
