Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of quality management experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with process industries preferred.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA.
• Experience managing customer and supplier quality issues.
• Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of applicable industry and regulatory standards (e.g., ASME, ISO).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to working cross-functionally.

The Quality Manager will partner closely with our client's customers, suppliers, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver outstanding quality performance while supporting innovation and new product development.
