Job summary

IronRoad seeks a results-driven Quality Manager for our Cincinnati-based client in industrial manufacturing. Lead quality strategy, drive continuous improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction across high-growth markets.

Partner with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding quality performance and support new product development. The role focuses on maintaining QMS, leading RCAs, reducing cost of quality, and ensuring compliance with ISO and industry standards while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years quality management experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with root-cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA).
• Excellent communication and leadership with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead root cause and corrective action efforts.
• Reduce the cost of poor quality and drive supplier quality performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, engineering, operations and commercial teams.
