Job summary

MRP Solutions is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training across Production environments. The role emphasizes current, engaging content and effective learning through in-person and virtual platforms.

The trainer will work with SMEs to keep materials up-to-date, support troubleshooting during sessions, and ensure compliance with security standards while driving improved production outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical training or instructional design within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency with Learning Management Systems and video conferencing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions during training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Production technical training sessions using classroom, virtual, and hands-on training on the plant floor.
• Create and maintain detailed Production training documentation, manuals, and multimedia content to support learning objectives for production roles.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to schedule, track, and report on training activities and learner progress.
• Collaborate with Production Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date with current technologies and best practices.
• Provide Production technical troubleshooting support during training sessions and assist learners in resolving technical challenges on machinery and equipment.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain compliance with information assurance policies and ensure training materials adhere to security standards.
