Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer to deliver high-quality training to hourly production teams on the shop floor. You will coach employees, model Marvin values, and help new hires adapt to roles and processes.

This role may involve mentoring operations leadership on progress, using learning materials, and occasional hands-on production work when training needs are low. The position offers benefits and growth within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to guide employees through job processes and cross-training.
• Strong interpersonal skills to support leadership and teams.

Responsibilities

• Train employees on production-line processes.
• Mentor and coach employees during training plans.
• Provide updates on employee progress to operations leadership.
• Utilize training materials from L&D team.
• Identify training needs with leadership.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer.
• Operate hand and power tools to fabricate/assemble products.
• Support production roles when no training is required.
