Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Production technical training sessions on plant floor, classrooms, and virtual platforms.
• Create and maintain training manuals, videos, and multimedia content supporting learning objectives.
• Use LMS to schedule, track, and report learner progress and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Production SMEs to keep content current with technologies and best practices.
• Provide troubleshooting support during training sessions and assist learners with equipment issues.
