Job summary

Insight Global's client is a supplier of aluminum and other mined natural resource products across the globe. They are seeking a Skilled Trade Manufacturing Recruiter to support multiple plants in the Western United States, focusing on maintenance, skilled trades, and industrial manufacturing roles.

The Manufacturing Recruiter will manage 12–15 active requisitions, primarily sourcing proactively with a strong emphasis on Indeed to identify passive candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, skilled trades, maintenance, or heavy industrial settings.
• Ability to proactively source candidates rather than rely on applicants.
• Strong Indeed sourcing experience.
• Experience recruiting hourly/skilled-trades talent in a heavy-industrial plant.
• Understanding of industrial maintenance terminology including hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen maintenance technicians, electricians, mechanics, PLC technicians, and other skilled trades.
• Coordinate the interview process and guide candidates through the full lifecycle.
• Partner with plant hiring managers and provide market insights to drive timely feedback.
• Manage 12-15 active requisitions with a high-volume workload.
• Drive timely feedback and ensure positions move through the hiring process.
