Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering sectors.
• Demonstrated success recruiting Director-level, VP-level, and executive leadership.
• 3 years of international hiring with proven success.
• Independently manage complex searches from intake through hire.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience conducting executive interviews, assessments, references, and evaluations.
• Advanced sourcing skills including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management with multiple concurrent searches.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for executive, leadership, and professional roles.
• Lead executive searches for Director, VP, and other senior leadership across multiple units.
• Develop customized search strategies with hiring leaders.
• Conduct talent mapping, market research, and succession-focused pipelines.
• Source candidates via direct outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, events.
• Evaluate candidates using behavioral and executive-level assessment techniques.
• Present qualified candidates and provide guidance on compensation and risks.
• Build and maintain leadership pipelines for future growth.
• Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and associations.
• Develop relationships with plant leadership and executive teams.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and report pipeline/status to leadership.
• Support offer development and executive negotiations with HR leadership.
• Travel to facilities as needed to strengthen partnerships.
