Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Craft Recruiter to help coordinate and administer the hiring of skilled craftsmen to meet current and future manpower needs. You will manage postings, screenings, interviews, and craft tests, and serve as the main point of contact for candidates while staying in close contact with site managers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in craft recruiting (Heavy Industrial and SIPA), a Bachelor's degree or higher, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3–5 years of craft recruiting experience (Heavy Industrial and SIPA).
• Experience with interviews, screenings, and reference/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments.
• Screen and shortlist candidates; manage background checks.
• Maintain candidate records and provide reports to recruiters.
• Travel locally and nationwide to support recruitment efforts.
