Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in an automated industrial environment.
• Hands-on Lean concepts experience (VSM, SMED, 8 wastes, takt times, cellular manufacturing).
• Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.
• Toyota Production System / TPS or related certs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste.
• Drive flow optimization, layout improvements, and material handling changes.
• Implement standard work and digital transformation initiatives.
