Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with experience in industrial engineering, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methods, value stream mapping, time studies, OEE, data analysis; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data and optimize production workflows, layouts, labor productivity, equipment utilization, and process performance.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects and support automation and digitalization initiatives.
• Develop performance metrics and actionable reports for site and senior leadership.
