Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with expected graduation Aug 2027–Jun 2029.
• Willing to work full-time (40 hours per week) in a plant environment.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze efficiency of manufacturing operations and changes to labor, material, machines, and facilities.
• Assist in developing accurate methods and optimal operation layouts.
• Contribute to layout improvements and labor/material control decisions.
• Work with supervision on decisions and mentorship-based learning.
