Marketing Alliance Group is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will help prevent equipment failures, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to safely use hand and power tools, with strong verbal and written communication to report

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in industrial or equipment maintenance.
• Mechanical aptitude: basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic systems.
• Tool proficiency: safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic testing devices.
• Communication: clear verbal and written skills to report issues to supervisor.

Responsabilités

• Inspect equipment and machinery for wear and tear during routine checks.
• Service parts: lubricate, change fluids, and replace minor components.
• Run tests to verify equipment functions meet standards.
• Log all service activities and parts used in logs or software.
• Follow safety rules, including lockout/tagout and PPE usage.
