Job summary

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical skills, be proficient reading drawings and schematics, and contribute to continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Experience with pumps, motors, valves, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Pharmaceutical, chemical, or GMP manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Identify equipment issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, modification, and startup.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Follow GMP, safety, environmental, and company procedures.
