Job summary

The Scoular Company is seeking a Maintenance professional responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment in line with safety standards and established processes. This role supports day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include servicing mechanical and electrical systems, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with housekeeping while adhering to OSHA lockout/tagout and company safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in industrial maintenance and preventive maintenance (mechanical and electrical).
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable with climbing ladders, heights, and working in confined spaces.
• Able to work in environments with dust and grain dust.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility safely by servicing, repairing, and maintaining equipment, facility systems, and electrical systems.
• Perform adjustments, repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency breakdown support.
• Assist with facility housekeeping and maintain a safe work environment.
