Job summary

The Scoular Company is seeking a Maintenance role to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in accordance with safety standards and established processes.

Responsibilities include servicing machinery, performing preventive maintenance, and providing emergency support. The role requires lifting, working outdoors in various weather, and compliance with lockout/tagout procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills required.
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical/electrical).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and service production equipment, facility systems, and electrical systems to keep operations safe and reliable.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency support across production and non-production hours; follow OSHA lockout/tagout and safety rules.
• Assist with site housekeeping and report hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Work at elevations up to 200 feet and in environments with grain dust and other particulates.
